Company Overview

There are developers, and then there’s Sandstone. We challenge the status quo by providing tailored strategies for real estate, hospitality, and brand-related investments around the globe so your project becomes the best that it can be – regardless of its size. This translates into operational efficiency, long-term value and maximum return on investment for you, our clients. As a partner, Sandstone draws on its wealth of real estate, hospitality, and design experience to help combine solid asset management practices with innovative, market-driven solutions for your new or existing project.  Sandstone operations are structured as a cohesive unit intended to provide owners, partners, and clients with an efficient structure and qualified team to manage all aspects of design, development, and hotel operations or as we like to say “Everything Hospitality”.
